4 Steps to HEAL and BALANCE your skin
1. Exfoliate - Much of what you think is dry skin is actually dead skin cells. So, get out that washcloth and/or those salts that you have been waiting to use and rub your skin like you mean it (in the shower or after a bath works best)!

2. Consistently Nourish - When you are nursing something back to health CONSISTENCY is key. Give your skin as much food and nourishment as it is asking for. In most cases twice a day for about a week should bring your glow back :)

Create your personal scented cream, by adding your own blend of essential oils (20 - 30 drops), or favourite perfume. Warm up the cream by putting the jar in warm water (do not heat above 30 C / 86 F!). When the cream is soft, add your scent, stir (chopstick), in the fridge for a bit, and... voila!
